Find your strength. Move with Poise.
-
Arrive 10 minutes early to ground yourself before your first class—your transition from chaos to calm starts at the door.
Bring your water bottle, grippy socks, and your most open, present mindset.
When you arrive, connect with your instructor and let them know about any injuries or concerns so we can support your body with care.
-
Whether you’re flowing through reformer, barre, or mat, your instructor is there to guide, challenge, and celebrate you every step of the way.
Expect personalized instruction, mindful movement cues, and supportive hands-on adjustments when appropriate.
We believe in intentional movement—not just doing more, but doing it better.
-
Within 30–60 minutes post-class:
Stretch mindfully (3–5 minutes) to ease your body back into stillness
Hydrate with water or a calming tea
Nourish your body with protein and nutrient-dense carbs
Still sore the next day?
Use a foam roller to release tightness and restore flow
A gentle walk, mat flow, or light stretch can help with active recovery
Most importantly, listen to your body. Healing is part of the process
