Flow is our signature class designed to work the entire body through slow, controlled sequences that sculpt, lengthen, and align. Expect low-impact strength work, mindful transitions, and intentional pacing that creates a deep, satisfying burn.
This class is open to all levels, but moves at a more intermediate pace. If you’re new, we recommend starting with Fundamentals before taking this class. This class is offered across all movements: reformer, mat pilates, yoga, & barre

Fundamentals is designed to introduce the essential principles in a supportive, approachable way. This class focuses on proper setup, alignment, breathing, and foundational movement patterns while building strength and confidence.
You’ll move at a steady, intentional pace with clear guidance.
Ideal for first-time clients or anyone wanting to refine technique before progressing to more advanced classes.
No prior experience required. This class if offered for reformer & mat pilates, barre, & yoga

Burn is a higher-energy class designed to elevate your heart rate while maintaining control and precision. This class layers strength-based sequences with continuous movement to create an efficient, full-body burn without sacrificing form.
Expect intentional pacing, shorter rest periods, and dynamic transitions that challenge endurance, coordination, and core strength.
This class is open to all levels with layered options, but moves at a more intermediate to advanced pace.
